200 grams Tvorog cheese 5%
1 egg
40 grams grated yellow cheese
2 tablespoons protein powder isolate (not pdm)
1 tablespoon milk for spreading
Sesame seeds, sunflower seeds for decoration
preparation method
Mix everything together.
Using wet hands, form 4 balls and flatten them slightly.
Make a hole in the middle to resemble a pretzel.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and seeds.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 180° until golden brown.
