1 ripe avocado
For the salsa:
2 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 hot pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
1 lime or lemon, freshly squeezed
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
For serving:
1/4 cup 5% fat feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro leaves
preparation method
To make the salsa: Place the chopped tomatoes, onion and hot pepper in a bowl and mix well. Add aloe vera juice, wine vinegar and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
Before serving, slice the avocado lengthwise.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the salsa in the center. Sprinkle with the feta cheese and finely chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
