2 carrots (150g), peeled
1 zucchini (200g)
1 onion, chopped or grated
1 scoop gourmet tomato soup powder
1 scoop protein powder (not pdm)
1 egg
2 tablespoons cilantro or parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons allspice
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste

preparation method
Grate the potatoes, carrots and zucchini, squeeze out the liquid and place in a bowl.
Add the onion, egg, coriander (or parsley), tomato soup powder, protein powder and turmeric and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spray olive oil on a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
When the oil is hot, use a spoon to place the pancakes and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
