1 cup broccoli, florets/ asparagus/ 1 cup garden peas
4 eggs
1/3 cup low-fat milk
2 scoops protein powder (not pdm)
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
preparation method
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a 20 cm diameter pan with a little oil.
Place the vegetables in a bowl, mix well, and place in the pan in an even layer.
Place the eggs, milk, protein powder, salt, and pepper in a clean bowl and mix into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter over the vegetables and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the frittata is puffed and golden.
Tip - You can add any vegetable you like.
