For the entire broccoli/garden fashion-based mixture - 137/124 kcal, 12.9/11.8 g protein, 4.1/3.2 g carbohydrates, 6.7/6.8 g fat

  • 1 cup broccoli, florets/ asparagus/ 1 cup garden peas

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/3 cup low-fat milk

  • 2 scoops protein powder (not pdm)

  • Sea salt, to taste

  • Ground black pepper, to taste

preparation method

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease a 20 cm diameter pan with a little oil.

Place the vegetables in a bowl, mix well, and place in the pan in an even layer.

Place the eggs, milk, protein powder, salt, and pepper in a clean bowl and mix into a smooth batter.

Pour the batter over the vegetables and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the frittata is puffed and golden.


Tip - You can add any vegetable you like.
