Ingredients
1/4 cup low-fat milk/oat/almond/soy drink
1/3 cup water
3 scoops vanilla-flavored Formula 1
60g fresh or frozen spinach
1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
1/2 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
1/2 green apple, cored
2 lettuce leaves
5-6 mint leaves
1 Majhol date
3-4 ice cubes
30g nuts, any kind you like
To serve
Mint leaves or nuts, roughly chopped
preparation method
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Pour into a glass and garnish.
