Ingredients
6 green onions, coarsely chopped
300g frozen garden peas
750ml cold or boiling water
Handful of mint leaves, coarsely chopped
3 scoops protein powder
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp yogurt
preparation method
Place the green onions and peas in a blender, add the water, mint leaves and protein powder and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Tip - You can replace the mint with cilantro and 1/2 green chili pepper.
To serve:
Place 1 tablespoon of yogurt in the center of each bowl
