Ingredients

  • 10 kohlrabi, peeled and diced

  • 100g white cabbage, finely chopped

  • 1/2 beetroot, peeled and diced

  • 500ml water

  • 2 tbsp gourmet tomato soup powder

  • 1 cup herbs, any you like (dill, mint, parsley, chives, green onions) finely chopped

  • Sea salt, to taste

  • Ground black pepper, to taste

preparation method

  1. Place the kohlrabi cubes, white cabbage and beets in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste,

  2. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, until tender.

  3. Add the tomato soup powder and 3/4 cup chopped herbs. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.

  4. Divide into serving bowls, pour over a tablespoon of sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.


To serve

  • A tablespoon of sour cream 9% fat
