Ingredients
10 kohlrabi, peeled and diced
100g white cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 beetroot, peeled and diced
500ml water
2 tbsp gourmet tomato soup powder
1 cup herbs, any you like (dill, mint, parsley, chives, green onions) finely chopped
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
preparation method
Place the kohlrabi cubes, white cabbage and beets in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste,
Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, until tender.
Add the tomato soup powder and 3/4 cup chopped herbs. Taste and adjust seasoning to taste.
Divide into serving bowls, pour over a tablespoon of sour cream and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
