Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 sprig thyme
1 basket champignon mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 cups water
1/3 cup 15% cooking cream
3 scoops protein powder
Sea salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
preparation method
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the onion and fry until golden.
Add the garlic, thyme and mushrooms, cover, reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
Add the water and bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the cream and protein powder and season with salt and pepper.
Puree the soup with an immersion blender.
Divide into serving bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley
