For the entire mixture: 535 kcal, 30 g protein
components
2 eggs
2 medium ripe bananas
3 tablespoons kosher vanilla shake or vanilla cookie dough
1 tablespoon protein isolate or PDM
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Almond flakes for garnish
preparation method
Separate egg yolks and egg whites
Whisk egg whites in a blender (about a minute and a half)
Add the yolks to the blender with the whipped egg whites and mix for another minute (medium speed)
Add all the other dry ingredients (including bananas) to the blender and mix until a uniform texture is obtained
Pour the mixture into a baking pan (it is recommended to use silicone cupcake pans)
Add almond flakes on top
Bake for about 20 minutes at 160°
