For cheese filling:

  • 100 grams 5% white cheese vanilla/vanilla cookie/cappuccino/chocolate

  • 1/2 scoop Formula 1

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder

  • 1 scoop dark chocolate, finely chopped

  • Honey, to taste

preparation method

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth and liquid, without lumps.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease with a little butter or oil.

Pour a ladle of the batter and fry until bubbles appear on the top and bottom (can also be prepared with a crepe maker)


To prepare the filling:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Place a spoonful of filling in the bottom of the crepe, in the center.

Fold the sides of the crepe over the filling and roll into a cigar.
