  • 6 tablespoons of Promax

  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate shake or any other flavor

  • 2 tablespoons of low-fat cocoa

  • 1/3 cup of tahini

  • 1/3 cup of maple

preparation method

  1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a plasticine texture.

  2. Take baking paper, place dough and cover with a second sheet of baking paper. Using a rolling pin, begin to roll out the dough thinly (it is better to roll it out so that it is as rectangular as possible)

  3. Remove the top baking paper gently.

  4. Take a spoonful of Nutella and begin to gently spread it all over the dough.

    note: you can sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

  5. Roll the roll gently.

    note: I would fold the dough so that the roll is about 8 cm wide.

  6. Roll using the baking paper that the dough is placed on. The sides of the roll can be folded "inward" so that the dough does not come out of the sides.

  7. Put in a preheated oven at 180° for only 9 minutes.

  8. After the roll is ready, leave it for 5-10 minutes to "rest" and then you can cut it.


It is recommended to cut it into 14-16 slices.
